Join us at the Living History Farm for an immersive experience that brings the timeless craft of wool production to life. This series of programs offers a unique opportunity to explore the various steps involved in transforming raw wool into beautiful yarn, from skirting and scouring to carding, roving, spinning, and dyeing.
With live sheep on display and hands-on demonstrations, you will gain a deeper understanding of the skills and techniques that have been passed down through generations. Interact with the process and discover how these ancient traditions continue to shape the fabric of Montana’s agricultural heritage.
