Jurassic Journeys: The Diaspora and Biogeography of Dinosaurs

Explore the ancient landscapes that dinosaurs once roamed with Dr. Chris Organ, an assistant professor of paleontology at Montana State University. We will delve into the epic journey of dinosaurs, starting from their Triassic origins across the supercontinent Pangaea to their eventual spread into distinct ecological niches around the world.

MOR's Presenting Prehistory: A Paleontology Lecture Series explores recent paleontological findings and current hypotheses as conveyed by scientists actively exploring how life on Earth has changed. Discoveries made by paleontologists continue to shed new light on the deep past of the planet and the creatures that arose here.

Free and open to the public in the Hager Auditorium.
Refreshments will be provided post-lecture during the speaker meet-and-greet.
