Bringing over 25 years of distinguished senior leadership experience, Alicia is a seasoned professional adept at executing integrated sales, marketing, and public relations strategies for both non-profit and for-profit tourism organizations. Alicia's impact extends beyond the walls of the museum. She serves as the esteemed Chair of Montana's Governor-appointed Tourism Advisory Council, overseeing the judicious distribution of the annual Lodging Facility Use Tax to tourism regions and convention and visitor bureaus. Additionally, she actively contributes as a member of Montana State University's Hospitality Management/Culinary Arts Industry Advisory Board, shaping the future of the industry's emerging leaders.

Outside the professional realm, Alicia finds joy in a myriad of outdoor activities, including golfing, X-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, and mountain biking.
