Jennifer was born and raised in Montana and is a proud Montana State University (MSU) Bobcat Alumnus. She earned a Bachelor of Science in sociology and a Minor in justice studies. Jennifer worked for MSU for over 15 years before leaving to raise a young family.
Her earliest Museum of the Rockies (MOR) experience was when her elementary school class visited the museum as part of the Opening Doors for Montana Schoolchildren program. This is a program that continues at MOR. Jennifer spent several years as a volunteer for the museum and enjoyed working with and supporting the museum's mission so much that she decided to apply for a staff position in 2021. Jennifer was promoted to Membership & Annual Giving Manager in November 2022.
Jennifer works with returning and new museum members, develops connections with our generous supporters, and creates new patron relationships.
She is married to her high school sweetheart, who is an MSU alumnus and volunteer for the museum. Jennifer and her husband have two children and loves living and raising her family in Bozeman. She has a passion for traveling and loves reading, music, attending live concerts, and baking.
Jennifer has nothing more rewarding in her position at the museum than seeing parents introduce their children to art, culture, science, history, world-class exhibits, and groundbreaking paleontology research. All of this provides encouragement, inspiration, engagement, and a foundation for life-long learning.
