Driving Directions:

When you reach Gallatin Gateway, turn right heading west on Mill St. (directly across from the Gateway Exxon.) Travel about 1.5 miles to a "T". Turn right on Cotton Tail Road. In less than a 1/4 of a mile there is a gate on the left (Montana Ranch). Use code #2633. Hit the # key before entering the numeric code. Once you are through the gate, you will pass a dry lot and stable on your right. When you are about a 1/2 mile through the entrance, cross a short wooden bridge. After the bridge, the road will fork. Stay on Montana Ranch Trail and travel straight up the hill for about 2 miles. You will see a cabin on the right. Turn left in front of the cabin and you will be on our road. (There is a street sign on the left that says 1930 Montana Ranch on our road, but you won’t be able to see our house when you turn. Travel 3/4 of a mile to our house.

Once you are through the gate you are on private property. Kindly do not drive around the area to look at views.
