To ensure a seamless and enjoyable event experience, every rental at Museum of the Rockies includes the presence of a dedicated museum staff member who will serve as your gracious host. Additionally, for the utmost security and peace of mind, at least one professional security guard will be present throughout your event, ensuring the safety of both the building and the priceless collections within.
Our attentive museum staff will ensure that all requested tables, chairs, and equipment are thoughtfully arranged within your designated rental space, allowing you and your guests to fully immerse yourselves in the ambiance and purpose of your event. Please be aware that while we provide the essential furniture and equipment; linens, decorations, dishes, glassware, and stemware are not available for rent from the museum.
As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting environment, basic custodial services are included in the rental fee. It is the responsibility of the renter to leave the rental areas, including any utilized kitchen space, in a clean and orderly fashion. To assist you in this regard, our MOR staff will provide a cleaning kit if needed, as well as a helpful checklist to ensure all necessary tasks are completed at the end of your event. In the event that the areas are not appropriately cleaned and orderly, a cleaning fee of $100 per hour will be assessed.
