Realty Partnership Program

Agents purchase a Realty Partner Package for $250. Each package includes:

• Six, 6-month complimentary Museum of the Rockies (MOR) memberships for agents to give to their clients. 
• Six printed museum Welcome Packets for agents to give to their clients. Each Welcome Packet includes. 
  • Welcome letter from the museum
  • MOR Seasonal Snapshot magazine
  • Listing of upcoming MOR events and experiences
  • Additional MOR seasonal materials, as relevant
• Bonus! 10 adult daily admission tickets to the museum for the agent to use as they wish.

1. Purchase/renew your own general membership, if you don’t currently have one. 
2. Sign up for MOR's Realty Partner Program. We’ll contact you for your $250 payment. 
3. Complete this form once you’re ready to give a client their 6-month MOR gift membership. Your client will receive an email from MOR welcoming them to the museum family, with instructions to download their digital cards. Don’t forget to give the client one of the 6 Welcome Packages that you received when you signed up for the Realty Partner Program!

• Introduces new community members to a local nonprofit, where they can engage and make an impact.
• Supports community initiatives while offering meaningful experiences for your clients and creates lasting relationships that extend well past closing day.

• The greatest impact comes from sharing memberships with those new to the area and who have not yet experienced the museum. Agents may only provide gift memberships to their clients.
• Realty Partner Packages may only be purchased one at a time. Agents may purchase additional packages once they have redeemed the 6 gift memberships included in their first package.
• All 6 gift memberships included in a package must be gifted within 12 months from the day the package was purchased. Gift memberships not used within 12 months are considered expired and may not be used after 12 months.
• MOR issues gift memberships immediately upon receipt of gift recipient information from the agent. MOR does not “future date” memberships (e.g. requests to wait and activate a membership at a future date).
