Forget the usual “birds and bees,” this year, dive into the fascinating world of dinosaur reproduction! Enjoy delicious appetizers and wine before learning about ancient love and life through an entertaining, expert-led talk on fossilized evidence of reproduction.

Test your skills in a quirky scavenger hunt for fun prizes, be creative with pal-entine’s Day friendship bracelets and other activity tables. Enjoy a special romance-themed star show in the Taylor Planetarium. This one-of-a-kind event is sure to leave you with unforgettable memories and a whole new perspective on prehistoric love. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

  • 6 – 9 p.m. | Enjoy appetizers and wine, make friendship bracelets, and explore activity tables in museum galleries.
  • 6-7 p.m. | Scavenger Hunt: The top 3 fastest AND with the correct answers will win fabulous prizes! Gotta be quick!
  • 6 – 9 p.m. | Dino Nude Drawing (Redstart Classroom): Figure drawing with a prehistoric spin! Try your hand at drawing a “nude” dinosaur model with paleoartist instructor Ruby Pines. All supplies included.
  • 7 – 8 p.m. | Love in the Time of Dinosaurs: Folie à Deux (Hager Auditorium): Join MOR Paleontology Lab and Field Manager Lee Hall, for a fun and engaging lecture to speculate on how dinosaurs may have mated.
  • 8 and 8:30 p.m. | Sensual Skies Planetarium Show (Two showings. First-come, first serve until full.)
